More about this wine from Waipara Valley, New Zealand
This bottle is coming to you from Japanese winemaker Takahiro Koyama who came to New Zealand to study viticulture in 2003. Fast-forward a decade and change, and Koyama working from his own estate, began putting out wine under his own name. He is a star on the rise, and we’re so lucky to be able to bring to you this outrageously good Pinot Noir from two vineyards in the Waipara Valley. The result is a light, fruity, spicy, yet edgy Pinot with a pure expression of the power of the region’s soils called “glacial gravel.” The price for this taste can’t get any better — so stock up on these bottles now.
How to drink it

This super bright Pinot Noir really gets its groove on when paired with any kind of tomato dish
