More about this wine from Williams’ Vineyard, Waipara Valley, New Zealand
Takahiro Koyama is the Japanese winemaker behind Waipara Valley, New Zealand’s Koyama Wines. He creates his wines from three local growers’ vineyards — namely the Williams’, the Pearson's and Tussock Terrace. And in this ready-to-drink bottle, you’ll find only grapes from the Williams’ clay, over limestone subsoils. And true to Koyama’s attention to detail, he decided to use 25% New French Oak and 75% French Oak barrels to lovingly steep his grapes. The result of that choice is a Pinot that’s rich and dark with silky, sweet and fresh plum-cherry fruit flavors.
How to drink it

Pro Tip:

Pork chops are the name of the game for this vino. We're loving these Pork Chops with Apple, Fennel and Sage!
