FAQs

When does my box ship?

Your first box and subsequent boxes will ship within 2 business days after the order is placed.

When does my subscription renew?

All discovery club memberships start out on a monthly schedule, but you can change this to every 2 months or every 3 months at any time through your account portal.

What states do you ship to?

It’s easier to say where we don’t ship; AR, MS, AK, UT, SD, HI. For shipping times (not peak season) check out our delivery map here.

Can I gift this?

Of course! Wine clubs make great gifts. Just send it to a different address and make sure to include your recipient’s email address in the proper field at checkout so they get tracking notifications. If you'd prefer to prepay for months at at time, take a look at our gift subscriptions here. You can send it to your brother, sister, mother and friends… it’s the gift that keeps giving.

Can I pick the wine?

Yes, on the 25th of every month new wines will be available for you to preview/swap in your account. You'll also receive a notification 3 days before your order processes as a reminder. You'll always have the option to Do Something, but if you Do Nothing (default), we'll curate your box based on your preferences.

I don't like Sauvignon Blanc what do I do?

This club is about discovering new wines so if you don't like a specific type of wine, you always have the option to Do Something and pick the wine you want.

Can I buy more of what you send?

Absolutely. We will list every wine we send in our clubs on our wine shop here. As long as you have an active club membership, you'll get an automatic 20% off these wines when you order more. So don't cancel, just skip if you're not into a specific month's featured wines.

Do I have to subscribe to get the wines?

Our discovery club is a subscription, but you don't need to join this club to purchase wine from us. You can wait for the wine to be listed on our wine shop, but there's no guarantee because club members get first dibs!

Can I change my club preferences?

Absolutely. It’s super easy to change from red to white or variety and back again. You can also skip, cancel or change your next order date in your online account. No phone calls or hoops to jump through :)
